Mark Wahlberg To Play Pete Rose In New Movie

Mark Wahlberg shared new details about his upcoming movie on Cincinnati Reds legend Pete Rose during an event over the weekend where he was announcing a new sports card shop partnership with Paradise Card Breaks.

Wahlberg says filming is expected to begin later this year, with the movie focusing on the later years of Rose’s career and his life after baseball.

But the biggest reaction came when a fan yelled out, “Put him in the Hall of Fame!”
