Join in to experience the workout as James McKirdy, head Coach of McKirdy Trained - one of the largest coaching companies in the world, drives alongside Tsegay. For this workout, coach McKirdy was hands off and let Tsegay adapt to the feel of the workout and to give a solid effort throughout.
