The beginning of the match was very tense and even: both teams were fighting for every point. Polina Olkhovskaya from Chelyabinsk showed herself brightly on the front line, while Natalia Krotkova from Omsk actively demonstrated her game. After Ksenia Dyachenko made two consecutive aces, Alexey Deshin decided to take a timeout to shake up the team and change the mood on the court. However, this tactic did not bring the desired result: Omsk's active play forced the host team's coaching staff to make five substitutions in order to reshuffle their lineup and change their formation, resulting in a 9-17 score. Elizaveta Dikikh came to the rescue with her powerful serve and precise attacks, narrowing the gap to two points at 16-18. In the final stages, both teams showcased vibrant and beautiful volleyball with long sets. Ultimately, the game ended with a score of 25-23, with the Omsk team emerging victorious in the first set.
In the second set, both teams made more mistakes, which affected the overall course of the game — 9:9. In the middle of the set, the guests managed to take a two-point lead, which they maintained until the end. This was especially helped by Vladislava Korzhova's powerful and confident attack — 21:19. The Omsk volleyball players were close to winning the set, but the host team did not give up and managed to win back two points, keeping their chances of winning the set alive. In the end, the Omsk players did not allow Metar to turn the tide of the game, and they won the final ball, 27:25.
Despite Chelyabinsk's confident start, Omsk quickly leveled the score and even took the lead. The hosts struggled to maintain a high pace of play, especially in the middle of the first two sets. In this set, the situation repeated itself: problems with the serve and their own mistakes allowed the opponent to create a lead of 12:15. However, Olga Fornaleva's powerful serve brought the score back into balance, and Angelina Emelina's serve gave the team a lead of 22:17. It seemed that the struggle would intensify at the end of the set, but the Chelyabinsk volleyball players did not give Omsk a chance. Elizaveta Dikikh put an end to the match, securing an important victory for her team – 25:20.
At the beginning of the fourth set, a tense struggle broke out again, but thanks to Olga Fornaleva's powerful serve, Chelyabinsk quickly took the lead. Olga's ace forced Omsk's coach, Alexander Koshkin, to take a timeout. However, even the break did not stop the home team's serve, as another ace followed the first one - 12:8. A single mistake on the serve allowed the Omsk team to change their formation, but this small change did not turn the tide - 16:9. The guests' game was noticeably disrupted: all the elements failed, which Metar skillfully exploited. The result was a confident victory for Chelyabinsk, 25:14.
The beginning of the fifth set immediately showed that the struggle would be as intense as the entire match. Ksenia Dyachenko successfully served out and earned her team a break advantage — 5:3. However, the hosts did not give up: they managed to take the lead, which was greatly facilitated by Valeria Ivankovich's serve — 7:5. As the sides changed, the advantage remained with the hosts, but the Omsk players were hindered by their own mistakes. At an important moment, Olga Zvorygina took over from Polina Olkhovskaya and served an ace to the opposing team — 12:9. Omsk's timeout did not save the match. After several plays, Polina Yunikova ended the match with a score of 15:11 and 3:2, giving Dynamo-Metar the victory.
