Early Wednesday morning, Adam Sparks from Knoxville News Sentinel dropped a story regarding one of Tennessee's more prominent defensive stars entering the season. As Tennessee LB was going through the draft process this offseason, a $427 flight was taken by Carter, which eventually turned into an NCAA violation.
