The M2 was a world war 1 submarine that was converted to an aircraft carrier between the two wars to test if it worked. Unfortunately, it sunk during sea trials with teh loss of 60 men.
The wreck can be found in Lyme bay on the south coast of England and is still in very good condition considering how long it has been underwater and this makes for some excellent diving, made all the more interesting due to its history which you can find out about by watching this video.
The wreck sits on the bottom at around 34 metres with teh top pf the conning tower just below the 20 metre mark.
