Wake Forest wins the Men's Distance Medley Relay | 2026 ACC Indoor Championship

In an impressive come-from-behind victory, the Wake Forest Demon Deacons DMR team won gold in the Indoor Championship. A squad of Wes Shipsey, Foster Shelbert, Andrew Riley, and Paul Specht hit a time of 9:35.29. It is the fifth-fastest time in school history.
