Both Conference Finals Openers Went to OT for the First Time Ever 🔥
The opening games of the 2026 Conference Finals delivered two instant classics.
On Monday night, the Spurs erased a late deficit to defeat the Thunder 122-115 in overtime behind a dominant closing stretch in Oklahoma City.
Less than 24 hours later, the Knicks stormed back from 22 points down with 7:45 remaining in the 4th quarter before defeating the Cavaliers 115-104 in overtime after closing the game on a historic 44-11 run.
This marks the first time in NBA history that both Conference Finals Game 1s have gone to overtime.
