First Ride: Sour's 32/29" Mega Mullet Trail Bike

There's a new wheel size in town, whether you're interested or not. Like with any new tech, the people at the cutting edge are already experimenting with options, and we here at Pinkbike are doing our best to stay on top of the developments. This year's Made show held the perfect opportunity to jump on a 29"/32" mixed-wheel bike for the first time courtesy of the folks at Astral, Sour, and Manitou.

You may recognize the frame as the Sour Double Choc that I reviewed a while back. While this mega mullet does use the same base frame, elements have been modified to fit the significantly larger front wheel and keep the experience somewhat normal.
