Robert Horry’s Fried Rice
Ingredients:
Green Onion
Leftover Rice
2 Eggs
Bibigo Steamed Dumplings - Pork & Vegetable
Kimchi
Gochujang Sauce
Mix 2 eggs in a pan to create scrambled eggs, put to side
Microwave Bibigo dumplings, let cool, chop up
Chop Kimchi, put to the side
Finely slice 2 green onions for garnish
Mix leftover rice, scrambled eggs, dumplings, and kimchi in a pan till slightly crisp. Add Gochujang Sauce to your liking.
Plate fried rice, garnish with onions, add more Gochujang Sauce and enjoy!
Danny Kim’s Kimchi Cream Pasta
Ingredients:
Heavy Cream
Spaghetti Noodles
Parmesan Cheese
Bibigo Steamed Dumplings - Pork & Vegetable
Kimchi
Gochujang Sauce
Microwave steamed dumplings, remove from tray, put in mixing bowl and douse with Gochujang Sauce, put to side
Boil water in a large pot, add some salt, when water is boiling drop in spaghetti noodles, let simmer
Pour Kimichi into a bowl, grab Kimchi and squeeze all the Kimchi sauce out, leave sauce in bowl
Take Kimchi, place onto a cutting board to chop up
Place Kimchi onto a pan, cook till slightly crisp. Add Kimchi juice & heavy cream to mellow out flavor. Stir.
Add Gochujang sauce to Kimchi in the pan, mix, and stir in noodles. Mix it thoroughly till sauce is evenly spread.
Coil up noodles to plate, add dumplings and sprinkle with parmesan, enjoy!
