SportsCenter shares a story on Lindsay Stapleton Morehouse, a tennis star at Williams College who worked in the World Trade Center and lost her life on 9/11. Lindsay loved tennis — it was an annual family tradition to attend the US Open for many years in the late 80s and 90s. At Williams College she’d been a Division III All-American — and captain of the tennis team. Out of college, she got out a job at KBW, an investment bank headquartered on the 88th and 89th floors of the south tower of the World Trade Center. She lost her life just weeks after her 24th birthday. For years her racket hung in the 9/11 museum, and her family still remembers the US Open year as a special time.
