Summer McIntosh Reflects on Season: "I've never worked this hard and I know it'll pay off"

After missing out on the A-Final of the women's 400 free last night, McIntosh swam in and won the B-Final, touching at 4:00.58. After the race, the Olympic medalist and world champion reflected on her day and the season as a whole. She explained her rationale for why she swam the prelims the way she did as well as spoke to where she feels like she is at physically.

Although she's not swimming the way she would have hoped to at this competition, McIntosh says she's never worked harder this season and is hopeful that will pay off in the future.
