The no-call on Wemby and Williams was correct, and here's why.
Williams bellied up trying to draw the offensive foul and ejected to the floor. That's not a flop exactly, but it's also not Wemby's fault. The key difference from the Game 1 Caruso foul? Wemby went TO Williams, not THROUGH him. He never ends up in his feet or lower body like he did with Caruso.
