Lucy Packer | Matchday nerves, growing up in Wales & studying neuroscience | England Rugby Podcast

The match week used to be torment for Lucy Packer; travel sickness, loss of appetite and struggling to sleep were all areas she had to deal with. Now a designated match day routine and planning have helped her overcome her nerves as she has become world champion with the Red Roses.

The Harlequins scrum half also opens up on her dual nationality having grown up in a small village in Wales but is a distant relative of English rugby legend Adrian Stoop.
