Saints are 1-1 and Coming Home to Play the Raiders| Is 2-1 Within Reach?

The Saints are 1-1 — and they’re coming home!

Mario Jerez, the Spanish play-by-play voice of the Saints, and cohost Erin Summers take one more look back at New Orleans’ impressive road win over the Baltimore Ravens before turning the page to Week 3 and Domecoming against the Las Vegas Raiders.

The Saints showed resilience by overcoming another slow start and finishing strong against one of the AFC’s top teams. Mario and Erin discuss how much fans should take from the 1-1 start, whether Tyler Shough has looked better or worse than expected through two games, and the biggest takeaways from Baltimore.

The biggest concern coming out of the win is the injury to offensive tackle Kelvin Banks, who is expected to miss significant time with a severe high ankle sprain. The guys discuss what the injury means for the offensive line, Asim Richards potentially stepping into an extended role, and whether moving Taliese Fuaga back to the left side could become an option.
