2 weeks until HYROX Sydney - will we be ready?!
Rach and I are prepping for HYROX which is suddenly less than 3 weeks away! This was our second practice workout together and we found out our weakness (mine is burpees, why are they so hard?).
I'm loving this style of training and if I didn't want to run and ride so much, I'd love to include more of these sessions in the week. Hope you enjoy the video and try out the session yourself!
