Zoe Harrison | Coeliac disease, a Welsh dad & starting a fashion brand | England Rugby Podcast

Constantly feeling bloated whenever she ate, Zoe Harrison knew something was wrong: at the age of 26 she was diagnosed with Coeliac disease. She reveals the effects the autoimmune disease has on her day-to-day, the dietary changes she has to make and why she has to be on the alert for contamination.

The Saracens fly half also discusses on England Rugby Podcast: O2 Inside Line about being coached by her Welsh father growing up, the pressure and scrutiny of playing number 10 and why her friendship with Jess Breach has lasted so long. Zoe also discusses her work hard, play hard mantra, why she quit rugby growing up and starting her Below The Shoulder fashion and lifestyle brand.

In this podcast you will also hear from Zoe's father John, her older brother Alex as well as teammates Lilli Ives Campion and Jade Shekells.

This podcast was recorded in August 2026.
