Kevin Jennings' Record-Breaking TD Comes In Big Moment For SMU

Despite racking up a huge yardage advantage, SMU was only up by three with under six minutes left in the game. With the ball inside the Missouri State 30, quarterback Kevin Jennings got flushed from the pocket, but he kept his eyes looking down field until he found a receiver. Jennings flung the ball down the middle of the field to Yamir Knight for a 28-yard touchdown. The touchdown was the 77th passing touchdown of Kevin Jennings' career, setting a new all-time record for SMU. The score put SMU up by 10 and is the CPI Security: Securing The Win moment of the game.
