Virginia vs. North Carolina: The #1 seed Tar Heels won their ninth consecutive ACC Field Hockey Championship by defeating the 2nd-seeded Cavaliers, 4-1. It is North Carolina's 28th ACC field hockey championship. Tar Heels Dani Mendez scored each of UNC's first two goals. Charly Bruder scored her 17th goal of the season to put UNC up 3-0. Reese Anetsberger scored the final goal of the game on an assist from Mendez.
