The biggest winners start with Barrett Carter and Demetrius Knight Jr., who showed why the Bengals are so excited about their young linebacker duo. Boye Mafe also made an immediate impact, while Evan McPherson delivered when Cincinnati needed him. The Bengals offensive line deserves plenty of credit for its performance as well, helping keep the offense moving and giving Joe Burrow the protection he needed.

Mike Gesicki was another standout, making his presence felt in the passing game and giving the Bengals another reliable weapon. Defensively, Al Golden deserves credit for the way his unit responded, while Zac Taylor gets recognition for having Cincinnati ready to play and finding ways to capitalize on Tampa Bay's mistakes.

But not everyone came out of the game as a winner.

Ja'Marr Chase fantasy football owners may have been frustrated by his production, especially considering the expectations surrounding one of the NFL's biggest stars. I also break down the Bengals' offsides penalties, which continue to be an issue Cincinnati needs to clean up.

We'll talk about all of that, plus what this win means for the Bengals moving forward. Can Barrett Carter and Demetrius Knight Jr. continue their strong starts? Is this Bengals defense actually turning a corner? And what should fans expect from Joe Burrow, Ja'Marr Chase and the offense going forward?
