It’s a way for a swimmer to officially scratch an event before it begins, following the meet’s rules.
😂 But ask almost any age-group swimmer and they’ll tell you…
DFS = “Don’t Fing Swim.”* 🤣
If you’ve been around enough championship meets, you’ve probably heard that version in the bullpen or on deck at least once!
