The Real Shooting Secret: Same Speed, Every Rep (feat. Brianna Joy Garza)

I never let a player just go shoot 500 shots on an off day. That's lazy work disguised as effort.
If I see a dip in efficiency, I want to know exactly where it's coming from. Right wing catch? Left wing catch? Once we isolate that, 500 shots turns into 100 shots that actually matter.
Now I take it even further. I count video frames from the moment the foot plants to the moment the knees start into triple extension. The more frames it takes to get into that jump, the less likely the ball goes in. Rhythm isn't a feeling, it's measurable.
Fix the breakdown, not the volume. #shorts
