Why you struggle playing a "Simple Role"?

Playing a simple role is tough on many players

Because here you are playing a higher level and you know you got the skill to be an impact on the team

But your coach is hounding you everytime you hold the puck too long or you try and make certain plays

You gotta learn how to play within a role and slowly earn enough trust TILL you can make those bigger plays again
