Trailing by two with three outs remaining the Texas Rangers pulled off an epic late game rally at the Diamondbacks on Monday, September 1. Jake Burger's pinch hit triple cut the deficit to 1 before Cody Freeman clutched up with the biggest hit of his young career. Rangers pitchers held it down while a timely knock from Alejandro Osuna put the Rangers ahead as they held on to win 7-5 to take game 1 of a three game set in Arizona.
