With Cal down by one with just over a minute to go in the game, Dhiaukuei Manyiel Dut made two huge plays on back-to-back possessions that ended up deciding the game for the Golden Bears. First, Manyiel Dut was able to get a clean block on Ernest Udeh, who looked like he was about to have an easy open dunk to put Miami ahead by three. Then on the ensuing Cal possession, Dai Dai Ames missed a shot at the rim, but Manyiel Dut was there to clean up the rebounds and score on the putback to put Cal in front by 1.
