Alex Walsh had a handful of promising swims at the Pan Pacific Champs this week. The Virginia pro clocked a lifetime best in the 400 IM (4:33.73) while finishing 3rd in the 200 IM (2:07.66) and 6th in the 200 Breast (2:24.28) later in the same session. Walsh said the last couple of months have felt like a good reset for her swimming, as she's chosen to train with UVA's distance core much more as of late, which seems to have helped her endurance and confidence.
