North Carolina's Courtney Banghart On The ACC Needing More Respect
General Sports
Prior to North Carolina's third Sweet Sixteen game in the past five years, head coach Courtney Banghart spoke to the media about how she feels the ACC does not get the respect it deserves. She feels that the ACC is underseeded in the tournament despite the conference's success in March. She mentioned how last year the four of the eight ACC teams that made the tournament reached the Sweet Sixteen, and that this season, five of the nine tournament teams are playing on the second weekend. Listen to what North Carolina Head Coach Courtney Banghart had to say right here.
