During the underwater adventures dive clubs trip to the komodo national park, we dived a site known as the Turtle hotel and it has been given this name for a good reason, it was full of Green turtles.
The way you can tell the difference between green and hawksbill turtles is that hawksbill turtles while looking very similar to green turtles, have a more pointed beak.
Scuba diving with these majestic turtles is a wonderful experience and something we, as scuba divers, do get to experience relatively often, but never in such numbers. In this video, there are 5 turtles but we saw at least two others which I didn't get the chance to film.
If you would like the chance to scuba dive with turtles why not get in touch with the dive club and join us on one of our many scuba diving trips.
