It can be practised:
✔️ On a shallow water ledge
✔️ In beach-entry pools
✔️ At the creek or water way where there’s a sudden drop-off

This is about more than swimming strokes — it’s about awareness, confidence, and learning how to safely manage changing water depths.

Always provide close adult supervision and lots of positive encouragement as your child builds this lifesaving skill.
