I am overwhelmed with gratitude for the experience I had on Patriots Day. So many people to thank, of course I couldn’t be here without my family, my team, the race organizers and volunteers.

I feel like I owe a special thanks to Jonathan Green, his guidance over the last 6-8 months has allowed me to make a real leap in fitness that I have known I was capable of for awhile, but I couldn’t have done it without him. Also the many people in Flagstaff that helped keep me healthy as I trained harder than ever before! (Jesse Prescott, Shea Berner, Basecamp Physical Therapy and Performance, Wesley Gregg)

I also felt an incredible support from my fellow Canadians both on course and after finishing seeing how many were cheering from home. 🇨🇦 which is exactly why my next race will be in Canada!

Ottawa, I’ll see you soon...
