2026-27 Florida State Women's Basketball Preview

ACC Digital Network host and former National Champion Kelley Deyo sat down with Florida State head coach Brooke Wyckoff, guard Sole Williams and Avery Treadwell to discuss their offseason, internal expectations and what fans can expect as the Seminoles look to return to the NCAA Tournament in 2026-27. After a 10-21 campaign, Florida State has retooled its roster with 11 newcomers, including impact transfers Timaya Lewis-Eutsey and Jasmine Nivar, as Wyckoff enters her sixth season at the helm. Williams returns as the Seminoles’ leading scorer after averaging 15.1 points, 3.8 rebounds and 3.0 assists per game during a breakout junior season. Treadwell also looks to build on her contributions off the bench, where she averaged 3.9 points and 4.1 rebounds while shooting 58.2% from the floor. The Seminoles open the season with five consecutive home games in Tallahassee, including a matchup against Florida, before beginning ACC play and welcoming NC State to the Tucker Center on December 17. With a revamped roster and a renewed focus, hear how Florida State plans to bounce back and compete for a return to the NCAA Tournament. .ly/Oqg3iE
