The last time Russell competed in Budapest, things didn't go as planned. Now, she returns as a different athlete, making the World Ultimate Championships a full-circle moment in her career.

Russell also discusses how World Ultimates could help evolve track and field, bring more attention to the sport and create a bigger platform for athletes. She opens up about one of track and field's biggest challenges: maintaining exposure and fan interest outside of Olympic years.
