Putting the accusation that ‘gravel cycling is just 90s mountain biking’ to the test, Warren says he’s learned lots about whether that’s true, and whether trying to convert an ancient bike for modern-day riding is actually a good idea.

Lastly, we finish up with the slightly bizarre news that riders at the Tour de France Femmes avec Zwift were put under increased scrutiny earlier this week following accusations that some could be bending the rules by using overly padded bras. Tune in to find out why!
