This week in ultrarunning, Jeff is out at the Cocodona 250 crewing and pacing fellow Florida runner, Luke Vidal. Joe Miller joins us to discuss the rebirth of The Tick, a 57 mile race through the Ocala National Forest.

We take a deep look at Cocodona and the exciting finishes so far. Including the amazing achievement of new course record holder, Rachel Entreckin and which other runners rounded out this years podium.
The Tick, in Alexander Springs, FL, has been around since 2019 but on hiatus the last 2 years. It is now "under new management" being held as a fatass (free, minimal aid) race hosted by Joe Miller of Combat Racing with hopes to bring runners to this beautiful section of the state.
Luke and pacer, Nick Urena, join us from the course in a surprise visit! He is past 200 miles at the point of recording.
We will be livestreaming the Keys 100 May 16-17. Tune in as we capture all the beauty and grit of this incredible race.
