Wout van Aert Powers To 15th Grand Tour Stage Win In Vuelta a España 2026 Stage 13

Team Visma | Lease a Bike picked up another win at the Vuelta a España 2026, this time with Wout van Aert taking Stage 13 in a two-man sprint with Valentin Paret-Peintre.

Van Aert, who won three stages at La Vuelta in 2024, attacked with 3.7 kilometers left in the 192.8-kilometer trek and held off the Frenchman to log the 15th Grand Tour victory of his career.

He has won 10 stages across five editions of the Tour de France, four at La Vuelta and one at the Giro d’Italia in 2025. He has 57 professional wins overall.

Paret-Peintre was looking to add his name to the list of riders who have won stages of all three Grand Tours. He won at the Giro d’Italia in 2024 and the Tour de France in 2025.
