2026 Lacrosse Season Motivation
I can tell you about all the sprints you’ll lose if you don’t run through the line. How your competition wants it more than you. But running through the line isn’t about the act. It’s about your desire to be great. It’s about your effort, discipline and consistency.
Coach Petro demanded we run through the line. Jay Dyer always held me accountable. My workout partners Kyle Hartzell, Romar Dennis and Scotty Rodgers pushed me to a standard that was nothing short of how we finished the drill.
The first practices of the year start this week. Push yourself in every drill. How you finish them will set the tone for the season. I wish I was out there with you.
