Work on your low #tennisvolleys

When you're moving up to net, stay low in your ready position.
It's much easier to pop up for a higher ball than awkwardly reaching down for a low one. Plus, you cannot move faster than gravity allows you to!
Also notice from where I force myself to work on those volleys: right around the service line.

That is a much more realistic position where you will get low volleys.
