The BEST Golf Products WE CAN'T SELL

These are the best golf clubs we can't sell — our pick for the best golf ball, wedge, irons, driver and putter you won't find in the Embers Golf shop.
Kirkland and Amazon golf balls, the $200 Kirkland wedge set from Costco, PXG Gen 8 vs Takomo irons, the Ping G440 driver, and Ping putters.
Stick around for the putter that got benched on the first tee — and the Ping driver we'd stock tomorrow if they'd let us.

A lot of you say we only review clubs so we can sell them, so we flipped it: the best product in each category that we can't carry. For golf balls, Kirkland gets the nod (if you've got a Costco membership), and we put the Amazon golf ball on the launch monitor. The Kirkland wedges are a $200 three-pack of gap, sand and lob — great wedges, but no shaft, grip, grind or bounce options, and they were sold out on Kirkland.com when we filmed. Takomo irons' biggest downside is you can't go through a true fitting. Then it's the Ping G440 driver, and Ping putters to close it out, including Trevor's $1,200 online PLD fitting that put him in a putter way too heavy. Did we miss a brand? Let us know in the comments (and yes, you can call him Takomo Trevor). We're closing in on 100,000 subscribers — hit .
