Harlan High School junior Tate Taylor pulled off an upset at Texas's 2025 UIL 6A State Championships, running a wind-legal 9.92 for an ALL-TIME 100m National Record for the win.
He beat favorite Brayden Williams who finished second in 10.00. In total, five athletes ran under 10.20.
