Best Bets NFL Week 1: Game Picks, 6 Leg Parlay, $500 TD Scorer

The early slate is a pile of 1 o’clock games and none of them are clean. Panthers are laying 2.5 in Atlanta, two 0-1 teams who already look tired of each other. Bears are 5.5-point home favorites over Minnesota after Chicago dropped 59 in Week 1 and the Vikings are dealing with Kyler in concussion protocol. Eagles at Titans is Philly -7 and a 39.5 total — Nashville as a hostage situation. Patriots are laying 5.5 to Pittsburgh. Packers are laying 4.5 at the Jets. Bucs are laying 8.5 to Cleveland.

Ravens are laying 8.5 to the Saints. Texans are 2.5-point home favorites over Cincinnati a week after Buffalo just hung 36 on them in their own building. That’s eight games and about three you actually want to watch.
The late window is where the board gets honest. Jaguars at Broncos is Denver -2.5 in the altitude. Chargers are laying 6.5 to Las Vegas. Cowboys are 4.5-point favorites over Washington after the Giants walked into MetLife last Sunday night and took their lunch. Seahawks are laying 4.5 in Arizona with Darnold’s status hanging over the whole thing. Then San Francisco is laying 13.5 to Miami because somebody had to be the biggest favorite on the board.

Sunday night is the AFC doing AFC things. Colts at Chiefs. Kansas City -6.5. Total around 46.5. Arrowhead. Prime time. Indianapolis coming off a loss in Baltimore. Mahomes at home. No grace period. We give our pick for Colts–Chiefs, our same-game parlay, and two sneaky props to start the Sunday slate. Fourteen games. One night game. The season is actually here.Don’t take a single game for granted because somehow we’re going to blink and it’ll be Week 14.

Drop your favorite bet for Sunday in the comments. 🏈
