The Syracuse Orange put on a show in front of over 8,500 elementary school students from nearly 70 schools on School Day at the JMA Wireless Dome by more than doubling up the Mercyhurst Lakers, 106-40. Uche Izoje was dominant in the paint, scoring 23 points on 10-12 shooting to go along with 11 rebounds and 3 blocked shots. Sophie Burrows scored 12 points on 5-9 shooting to go along with 5 rebounds while Madeline Potts knocked down 3-5 shots from three-point range on her way to 11 points. Shy Hawkins and Keira Scott each scored 10 points for Felisha Leggette-Jack's team in the win.
