Japan vs Thailand | Legendary Volleyball Match | Women's VNL 2025. Japan and Thailand delivered one of the most thrilling matches of the Women's Volleyball Nations League 2025 as Japan completed an incredible reverse sweep to defeat Thailand 3-2 on June 18, 2025, in Hong Kong.

After losing the first two sets, Japan showed tremendous determination and fighting spirit to come back and win the match in five sets. The final score was 18-25, 23-25, 25-20, 25-15, 15-11.

Thailand started the match brilliantly and completely controlled the opening two sets. Their fast offense, creative attacks, and excellent teamwork caused major problems for Japan.
