In Berkeley, the Cal Golden Bears and the Stanford Cardinal played another classic in their rivalry with the Golden Bears coming away with the 78-71 overtime win. Lulu Twidale got hot late, as she hit her first three-pointer of the game to give the Bears a 2-point lead in regulation with just under 30 seconds remaining and then scored 10 points in the extra period as Cal pulled away. Twidale led the Bears with 24 points while Taylor Barnes added 14 and Sakima Walker scored 13 points in the win. Lara Somfai and Alex Eschmeyer each scored 16 points and Chloe Clardy added 15 points for the Cardinal in a losing effort.
