This testing has changed the way I ride my road bike...Lot's of people want to get faster when cycling and it's tempting to buy lot's of expensive bike upgrades. However, we reckon that even the best road bike upgrades are fairly insignificant compared to your body position on the bike. So can an aero body position really make more difference than the best aero bike?
