Can a 12 Week Golf Fitness Program Improve My TPI Golf Fitness Score? The Rebuild - Part 5
Spot Sports video
Can a 12‑week golf fitness program really take ModGolf host Colin Weston's TPI score from 23 to single digits - or will all those hours in the gym be a total shank?
In Part 5 of The Rebuild, Colin returns to Vancouver Golf Performance to retake the Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) golf fitness screening. After 16 weeks of training (24 sessions) with trainer Cameron Barkley, Colin faces the same 16 tests that originally exposed major mobility and stability gaps. Will his score improve? Watch to find out how many reds turned to greens, where he still needs work, and what a score of 15 actually means for his golf game.
