The Keys 100 is an epic race that takes place from Key Largo to Key west every May challenging runners with a deceptively easy, flat course in the heat and humidity of the Florida Keys. We invited race director Bob Becker and head course marshall Mark Cudak to answer your questions about the race and what to expect on your journey across 42 islands.
