The Canadiens traded up to acquire the 21st pick overall and eventually called out his name. Michael Hage's father passed away in a tragic accident before he could ever see his son get drafted by his favorite team. Michael Hage's parents, both from Montreal, are lifelong Habs fans.
Their dream came true, and we can't wait until Michael Hage hits the ice for the first time in Montreal Canadiens jersey.
