In the second round of the 2025 3M Open, Akshay Bhatia shot a 5-under 66 to get to 10-under after 36 holes and sits T8 heading into Saturday. Maverick McNealy returns to the “Land of 10,000 Lakes” as the highest ranked golfer in the field and is on the hunt for a spot on the U.S. Team at the Ryder Cup. McNealy finished tied for third last year in Minnesota and has six top 10 finishes in 2025. Joining McNealy is Chris Gotterup, as he returns to the U.S. with momentum on his side. Jhonattan Vegas returns to the 3M Open looking to become the first golfer to successfully go win back-to-back in the tournament’s history.
