A ball machine can help you hit thousands of balls—but that doesn’t necessarily mean you’ll play better in your next match.

In this video, I’m showing you **4 of my favorite Acemate S10 drills that actually translate to match play**, including:

🎾 **Cross-court consistency** — make fewer mistakes and recover correctly
🎾 **Forehand decision making** — learn when to step around your backhand
🎾 **Serve + 1** — practice the ball that comes *after* your serve
🎾 **Volley & movement** — improve your positioning and create easier next balls

I’m a former **WTA #27 player**, and my goal with these drills is not simply to help you hit more balls—it’s to help you practice the skills that actually **win points: consistency, control, positioning and smart decision making.**

The Acemate is especially useful because it **moves and can catches your ball**, making Rally Mode much closer to hitting with a real player than a traditional stationary ball machine.
