Hyde reflects on competing across multiple distances this season, including setting a steeplechase world lead at Drake Relays, qualifying for the World Athletics Road Running Championships in the road mile, and preparing for a 5K campaign.
She also opens up about her unconventional college journey, transferring schools three times before the transfer portal era became common, and how her time at Adams State University helped shape her career as she rewrote the Division II record books. Hyde still trains there today as she continues building her pro career.
