In one of our more impactful initiatives of the season, players will wear cleats designed by local artists that raise awareness or celebrate a cancer survivor close to them. We will celebrate survivors, their families and the Houston community at this inspiring evening of soccer. We sit down with Artur and Erik Sviatchenko to hear their stories and how this initiative relates to them while getting a behind-the-scenes look at how the cleats were brought to life. Houston Dynamo FC will debut the boots on the pitch Saturday, August 29th, against the San Jose Earthquakes in Kick Cancer Night presented by The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center.
